CS-II Multipurpose Cleaner for Rims

The owner sets a standard for improvement using 320 grit sandpaper. After using several different solvents that ends with nil result, we use the CS-II Multipurpose cleaner as rubbing agent and they come away looking quite frankly fantastic.
